Personal Performance summer programs will begin June 1st at HealthWorks. The programming utilizes some of the best methods and equipment available to help high school,college, or recreational athletes reach their full athletic potential. Sessions include training for increased strength, power, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Spots are currently available for our 10-Week program or a custom program can be scheduled.
