Group exercise classes are more than just a great way to stay in shape – they’re also a chance to try something different and exciting, and meet new people.
Classes are open to all area residents, and are free for HealthWorks members.

| Circuit Training |
 |
Circuit training moves you immediately from an exercise for one muscle group to an exercise for a different muscle group until all major muscle groups have been worked. The circuit of activities can include weight machines, free weights, and calisthenic exercises. Moving immediately from one activity to the next allows you to work the cardiorespiratory system as well as the muscular system.
| Spin |
 |
Spinning is an aerobic exercise that uses a specially designed stationary bicycle. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. During the class you vary your pace – sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. This helps you to focus inwardly and work your mind as well as your body.
| Body Sculpting |
 |
A non-cardio class that incorporates weights, bands, exercise balls and body resistance. This variety of equipment is used in fun and creative ways to tone all muscle groups. Your metabolism will be burning long after you’ve left the gym!
